Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream whipping cream, super chilled
  • 200 g sweetened condensed milk chilled
  • 20 g pink cotton candy
  • 20 g blue cotton candy
  • Optional: A few drops of pink and blue food coloring for vibrant swirls

Instructions

  • Pour the chilled heavy cream into a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat until soft peaks form. Make sure the cream is cold to achieve the perfect texture.
  • Slowly pour in the chilled condensed milk, a little at a time, and beat just until combined. Do not overmix-just enough to blend everything together.
  • Divide the whipped mixture into two equal portions. In one half, gently fold in the pink cotton candy using a spoon. Add a drop or two of pink food coloring if desired. In the other half, fold in the blue cotton candy. Add blue food coloring if you want that signature bold look.
  • In an airtight container, alternate spoonful of the pink and blue mixtures to create a beautiful swirl effect.
  • Seal the container and freeze for at least 12 hours or overnight.
  • Once fully set, scoop out this dreamy cotton candy ice cream and serve. It’s ready to wow your taste buds and brighten your day.
